Great for family, well maintained

i once stayed at this hotel in 2004 when it was just about one year old.
eight years later there seems to be very little or no signs of age. this place has been very well maintained.

when we arrived, they asked us if we wanted a smoking or non-smoking room. seems they did not have any non-smoking two bedroom suites available, so they gave us a free upgrade to a three bedroom suite. although we did not use the third room, it shows how accommodating they are.

me, my wife, our five year old son and his nanny stayed for four nights.

a family could not ask for much more. the kitchen was very complete and functional. the washer / dryer were a major advantage.

the information desk in the lobby booked a dinner cruise for us and made certain that everything went off without a hitch. they handled all of the reminders and communications with the tour company.

we ordered room service and i found the food to be adequate. the rest of the family considered the food to be outstanding.

we had a wonderful bangkok vacation and we all agree that the highlight was the hotel.

Lovely hotel,and beautiful people/staff
