perfect, comfortable and well kept

This is a perfect business hotel with good service and well maintain standards of Marriott group. I called and asked for a limo service to pick Mr.Saravanan from the airport but the front desk requested me to give my credit card details for a airport pick up. I was a bit annoyed and spoke to the manager, I guess I was rude and this gentleman was so pleasant enough to explain their policy and finally arranged the limo service without charging my card. It was such a good service and courtesy of him to be so polite. Thank you to him ( White guy, I forgot his name). My stay was great, Its a good comfortable serviced apartment in Bangkok, and one of the best...

I have stayed here many times. It is a great hotel, great location but probably needs minor repain and maintenance. the staff are helpful
