Quiet and Away is what you looking for?

The Hotel Staff is nice and one of them speak good English. The location is far from the central town area 6-7 KM+ and around 2 KM away from Central Festival Mall. All is accessible by Hatyai Taxi Tu-tu. If you have a big family, you may get a tu-tu for Bath 1200 one way. No massage around. Pro: Nice if you like quiet, 7-11 2min walk, local food 5-10 min walk, near to the biggest night market 1.3 KM. Some new cafe around. Nice simple breakfast in hotel. Con: A bit from all the happening place. Parking is limited to 20 plus unit. Conclusion: Surely will come again, as the staff understand us and help us to change one of the room as the room have odor. The front desk staff are super helpful.

No gym room
Every time good, only no gym room,if can make one gym room at 6 floor, i think is perfect !
