At the moment this hotel is going through major changes, it will become A Double Tree by Hilton at the end of June 2019 so lots of work being carried out, Breakfast 5 star / Pool and Gym great. I have never met a front counter and driveway people like the here, nothing is a problem and they will point you in the right direction and best way to get somewhere.
