bad customer service

we stayed for 3 nights with our 7yrs old kid, coming back to hotel on 3rd night we noticed our room was locked by the hotel staff and no one was at reception to attend, after calling the manager we found out that they had locked us out due a small furniture damage, for which they asked us to pay 30000 baht at midnight, else they refused to let us in, finally after two hrs of arguing we asked them to call police, they refused. finally, they allowed us in and charged us 7000 baht next morning after haggling. BEWARE OF properties who are low on hotel staff, have poor knowledge of property maintenance and are INSENSITIVE TO FAMILIES. Hotel terms and conditions donot clarify damage due to wear and tear/usage by guests.

Lovely Apartments and Really Good Facilities.
Loved Roof-top gym area and pool. Well-equipped kitchenette was great for cooking.

Very amazing place! I was enjoied to stay on the 2 bedroom appartment. Very clean.
