Good location but the room is not really clean

Location is great, walking distance to Patong Beach, Bangla road, massage places, etc. The breakfast included if you book one is at Coffee Club (only few selections though). The superior room is quite okay, it is small good for 2 people but not tidy at all - the toilet bowl, walls and the towels have stains and looks dirty. I hope they will improve their facility to maintain cleanliness. Overall, it was a nice stay. The location is really a ++.

The bathroom is smelly maybe something stuck. But we able to change the room after communicate with the staff. But in the end of the day it is not a good experience.
