Worst maintained hotel I have stayed in

Good location, Friendly staff, ok breakfast,
Lots of issues with room
Hot Water not working
Ac not working and leaks
Poor decorative order
External rear building column split
Half the lights not working
Rain shower not working
Generally shabby / dirty

After reporting the above, we moved room to one that at least had hot water, and working a/c.
Well it did work until it spat ice out all over the room, and then sounded like a bag of spanners,
This was fixed ,But the room is still shabby and dirty in places, The bungalows were once very nice, maybe 15 years ago, Resort needs a refresh , Very poor value at the price, I have stayed in more than 50 thai hotels and this is the worst maintained,
I did report these to the hotel manager, But noted new guests moved straight into are old room,

Great beach and you're right there on it

Great little bungalows and awesome service

Efficent hotel
