Cannot believe other reviews...

Mama's is a fantastic place to stay when you are on a budget and want to stay on this amazing island. The room we had was on the 1st floor (209) and it was very clean with great air con and a nice area to sit outside. The location is perfect, right at the start of walking street and right beside Sunrise Beach (go there at 6.30pm for the moon coming up). Staff were very friendly with a lovely little dog that sits up on the reception greeting all the guests as they come and go. We are a couple in our early 30's from Dublin who enjoy our comforts and we would definately stay here again.

Good value is hard to find on Lipe

Smell of molds room & dirty mineral water provided
Room smell of molds , dirty toilet and mineral water provided hv insects legs & wings . Disgusting!!
