Not well maintained, Dirty, Service after Complaints

The room stinks, the water did not drain in the sink, the existing cabinet was badly damaged and only after complaining the room was cleaned. Towels were changed after a complaint only on the 2nd day. After a rain the room was wet and it was eliminated after several instructions only on 2nd day. The room was overpriced and the alleged reduced price was a presumption. Breakfast until 8 o'clock in a completely filthy restaurant. Here the service was also very poor. For me it is incomprehensible that such Agoda Hotels offers a supposedly reduced price. Never again....
