complicated special needs group who stayed for 4 days but looked like they were staying for life.
The hotel rooms were wonderful, spacious for our specialist needs, wheelchairs and easy bathroom. The dinning area was perfect for our needs and the staff so accommadating and helping us. The sontel trucks taking us places and folding and strapping the wheelchairs on was so helpful. The new mall Blueport was so easy to get to and the supermarket really helpful.
Only things i wished was that you had big bottles of water to buy from the restauront and the changes to the pool didnt really suit our needs. The small childrens pool was good but the big part was 1 meter 80 all the way across without any shallow area to stand on. When holding our children the small pool was shallow so keeping them supported while floating was too shallow and sore on the back and the deep pool to deep to keep their heads above.
The extra costs we incurred where hard to bear but we understand why it was added. breakfast not included for superior rooms was a surprise extra cost.
