Perfect 2 night stay

It was a great stay in a cute city with not a lot of travellers. The rooms at Phayao Place were huge (nothing special but clean and comfortable) and there was hardly anyone in the hotel at all. Great location, a bit of traffic noise but nothing major. We spent two nights here and rented bikes from a hostel close by. Perfect location and a good experience.

everything was good , except no stairs
everything was good , except no stairs and staff at parking when night shift. He always need money and cannot recognize any guests. I spent 4-5 nights and he can't remember me and use bad voice tone

The staffs have done their best for guests. I felt very comfortable with beds and pillows. Even bathtub~

A good clean hotel...
With basic facilities. Everything works and is in good order. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location close to the main street of Phayao. W. Quiet and convenient.

good location, nice staffs and free wi-fi.
Just stayed overnight only, the hotel close to bus station to Chiangmai. Hotel have free wi-fi but the speed was slow.
