Overall good

Ok to stay 1 or 2 nights. We decided to spent a night there cuz it was the cheapest. but i think it's worth to spend a bit more money for a room in phayao the 2nd night we had an awesome location incl. breakfast for only 100 baht more. But i can say the room was very clean, the ac did a good job. the bath is not the newest, but really satisfying. The staff does not talk english, be aware of that, but they were friendly.
I think if you don't need help from the reception, u dont need coffee & breakfast and u dont mind the hotel looks a bit cold in the insode, u ll be happy there.
ps. I had prpblem with the wi-fi. Did not work properly.
