Dreadful. Worst Ever.

When we arrived the woman in reception did not speak any English. This has not been a problem before as they seemed to understand the Agoda slip. Not here. She asked when we would be paying to be told I had pre-payed. She asked how many would stay, on the slip. Asked how long we would be staying also on slip. Then upon entering the room and being hot and needing a shower, we found there was not shampoo & liquid soap. The woman has housekeeping (one poor old soul) fill it. We did like the pool but at about 3.30pm every afternoon anyone who can pay gets a go in the pool. The soap again ran out and when we asked for some more there was a great song & dance, only to be told there was none. This is not a resort it is a MOTEL with a very impressive pool that is full of middle class locals and not very comfortable or welcoming to the traveller.

Rooms were nice enough staff quite unpleasant and unhelpful
There is no eating facilities except Thai pot noodles and the swimming pool is not covered in the cost of the room.. we checked in at 9:30pm and were told we’d have to pay to use the dirty slimey pool... อ่านต่อ

子供用プールは非常に良い。 が、チェックイン時　支払い済みなのにお金を請求された。 隣の部屋のエアコンかなにか不明だが夜うるさくて大変。場所が分かりにくく看板もタイ語なので　タイ語読めないと難しいと思う。 安いが、もう絶対に泊まりたくないです。

清萊平價酒店
酒店位於巿郊，離巿中心長途巴士站約20分鐘車程，由於淡季酒店餐廳暫停，要步行15分鐘到巿場及食店，我們一家四口住兩間房，房內面積尚可，基本設備齊，只欠吹風筒，有免費wifi，有次想參觀皇太后花園，想問資料，雖然職員只懂簡單英語，她們仍努力找來位會說英語的朋友幫我安排交通。 這裡雖然較遠，但好喜歡附近環境清靜，最適合休息充電，小朋友又可開心暢泳，我們滿意以低廉價錢享用到以上服務！
