Not 5 star

First the hotels baby cot is dangerous for the baby. The baby can hurt it self and break an arm or a leg since there is no protection.
2nd, the check in staff woman was really rude. 3rd, damages in the room that shouldn't be in either 4 or 5 star hotels.
4th, the so called onsen is not an onsen, but nothing more than a cold indoor pool. An onsenonsen should have hot water around 38-41 degrees warm.
5th, the breakfast isn't for western people but more asian people so it wasn't that good or much to eat. And the food that should be warm was cold so wasn't able to eat it since I don't want food poison.
I've even emailed the hotel about this without any response so I guess the manager doesn't care about improving since they have busses of Chinese tourists coming and adopting their hotel and breakfast for them.

Hotel away from the busy center of Bangkok
Fairly new hotel close to Thong lo BTS. It is at the end of the soi, so it is a good 5-10 min walk to the BTS station but the tuk tuk service is really helpful that you can even call to come pick you ... อ่านต่อ

Brand new and clean hotel
