The moment we arrived there were a ton of tourists at the lobby, it was quite noisy and there was no lobby management from the staff. The service level was quite disappointing, staff barely spoke English and although they were nice, couldn’t provide much help. The room was clean at first glance but upon further inspection, there were dead insects all over the floor, around our bed and in the bathroom. Rooms looked new but felt empty with wall spaces and room corners under-decorated. The location was okay, only a five minute walk to the Thong Lo station and a complimentary tuktuk service was offered.
