Would rate the hotel with not more than 2.5

We spend two days there. The quality is really bad, food even worse. Rooms are dirty, we even had a lot of mould in our rooms. Paid for warm water, which we just didn't had. Bed sheets were dirty too. Safty box is portable, which makes it not a safty box as a potential thief can just grab it. The bathroom locks by itself, which is bad if you need to use it and you're just not able to open it and nobody is around.
If we would have paid $ a room/night, I would have expected something like this and it would be fine. I am not a complainer, I've traveled quite a lot, but this hotel rated a 7.7? Just not understandable!

Peaceful location but close to bars and restaurant

Nice hotel
Enjoyed the stay. The rooms are basic but most have great views. Stayed at a 5 star hotel before moving to this hotel and not sure which I preferred.
