worst experience in tens stays on this island

no television for the duration (three weeks) reception said there is a fault and we don't know when it will be fixed. my room had an adjoining door with the next room secured with on tiny bolt if a child tried to open it it would have just opened this is massive safety issue as the child then has access to a balcony which they could easily fall through. there is no kids pool. the walls are paper thin. there were no evening or night staff.the breakfast was awfull. cold fried eggs. there is no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. no such thing as a private beach. this hotel is only a 1 star at best. your in thailand so you expect bugs and things but no effort is made to lessen the problem you are definatley on holiday with ants all over your room. this was about my tenth time in koh chang and without a doubt the worst hotel ever well over priced.

Clean but overpriced
