Poor - In need of upgrade

I was looking so forward to my stay at the Conrad but was truly put off by the experience. My bathtub appeared as if it had not been cleaned for ages. The flooring was a mess, hair in bed and the towels smelled. The Club Level was terrible as poor booze selection with food that was less than decent. Look, I was looking forward to this stay as I really wanted to try the Conrad. I stay at JW Marriott all the time and thought the Conrad might had been a good alternative. No so. Poor Mgt for certain as I shall never return.
