Good value for a 5 star hotel

Good enough location except need to walk 300m or take shuttle bus to BTS station. The pool is good. Children playground should have been more connected to the pool area other than being so isolated. It's boring for the parents and it explains why we couldn't stay there more than 15mins each time.
The costs of the spa are far too expensive compare with those nearby. If its double the cost than others & not 3 or 4 times then more hotel guests like us, would have used the benefits.
