Hotel staff Service can be improved

they upgraded us to the very large suite room, which we did appreciate.but room is a bit dark during day time. their swimming pool and gym are very nice just like we came to the resort and made us forget that we are in middle of bangkok.
the selection of food and drinks at executive lounge are great and they changed menu everyday.
the only thing we found to be improved is hotel staff service that would be even better if they are more attentive.we did not feel that we were treated as important.

Five star all the way
