This was our first trip to Bangkok, and I have to say, we’ll probably be be back here. We arrived very early in the morning, exhausted from travel. We knew we probably wouldn’t be able to check in until later, but the man at the front desk graciously allowed us to check in early. Throughout our stay, the staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The facilities (despite some quirks) were clean, modern, and provided all the amenities we needed. The rooftop bar and restaurant had reasonably priced and delicious food and cocktails. While there’s not a lot in the immediate area, it was equidistant to a lot of the attractions we were interested in. Getting around was cheap and easy with the Grab app. There are some good little “hole in the wall” restaurants nearby, but not too much for bars and nightlife. Overall, the neighborhood was quiet and charming. You really can’t beat this place, especially for the price.
