Staff is not helpfull with the communication break down,the location is hard to find even local cab driver unknown it.the room is noisy with the aircon compressor hang just right outside the window.the sound getting louder especially at night.they don't provided toilet roll u need to buy it on own.request for 2nd floor instead of 3rd given due to father of me is old having hard time to walk around,they request a extra charges for 500thb which is pay for 2room fees to stay in for 1room charges.neitherless,I stay 2nights the housekeeper did not provided any room service after a night stay at all(even I did request to change a new towels and bed sheet).Out of the budget price,I would not find any good on it.(the traffic is heavy outside the main road all the time)
