Booked on Agoda and understood I had already paid with my credit card and had an email confirmation

So although I thought I paid by credit card on Agoda’s website the staff was very quick to pick a fight and demand another prompt payment. They also dont accept AMEX which made matters even less helpful in that same experience.

Nice place, brilliant staff.
Staff very friendly and helpful Room was clean with hot shower Buffet not the best Expensive for Thailand but this is the same for all of Kata Beach

Dark and dismal room

Great pool area close to beach
We enjoyed our stay. Lovely pool area, breakfast was lukewarm unfortunatly. Place clean, staff friendly, no problems
