Big rooms and great pool, centrally located

First time to Kata and glad to be in hotel close to shops, restaurants,beach etc. Great big room with good aircon. Room near lobby area but nice and quiet to sleep. Pool is amazing. It is huge with plenty deck chairs. So we decided to extend our stay from original few nights. Restaurant in hotel gave 10% discount to guests so we tried it. Consistently excellent with outstanding staff who couldn't do enough for you. One of the reception staff was outstanding and very helpful. Still would stay again as felt it really good value and overall good experience.

Booked on Agoda and understood I had already paid with my credit card and had an email confirmation
So although I thought I paid by credit card on Agoda’s website the staff was very quick to pick a fight and demand another prompt payment. They also dont accept AMEX which made matters even less helpf... อ่านต่อ

Nice place, brilliant staff.
Staff very friendly and helpful Room was clean with hot shower Buffet not the best Expensive for Thailand but this is the same for all of Kata Beach
