Exceptional

This was our second stay at a Pavilions property, and so far, we have not been disappointed. We chose the smallest room available, which, with two large bathrooms, a large living room, bedroom, and kitchentte, is huge (nearly as large as our flat!). The decor combines contemporary design with traditional Thai asthetics. The pool area is beautiful—a great place to relax and while away the day. All the staff are extremely attentive and helpful, and the free shuttle and on-site transportation is nice. The three restaurant options are all top-notch in both ambience and menu. The grounds are lush and natural, and parts of the property command sweeping views of the sea and inland parts of Phuket. In comparison to the Pavilions Himalayas, the Phuket property is significantly larger and more contemporary, so lacks some of the mystique of the Himalayas property, but we still loved our stay and would definitely go back.
