The resort is quite impressive and beautiful. The staff is very helpful, and the service is prompt. We were in a Hill View room, and I was disappointed with the level of hygiene. For me, that’s the first priority, because when you are paying a lot, cleanliness is taken for granted. The room had a musty and damp odour. The first night, we filled up the tub, and as I brought out all my spa stuff, I saw multiple hair floating in the tub, added to a film of grease. I won’t go into the details, but I was nauseated. We didn’t call the reception since it was late. In the morning , we saw a maid, and I requested her to clean up properly. However, it was still very unsatisfactory. Even the bath products are substandard, and the lotion is missing entirely! We chose not to complain at that time. This review reflects on the management and the owners, and not on the other staff, but I refuse to recommend a high end place that doesn’t even satisfy the basics of hygiene!
