I was extremely disappointed that this hotel would not allow my booking to be altered, upon notifying them (through Agoda) that due to my partner not being able to be with me, I needed to amend my holiday. Both of us were so much looking forward to staying there, but even on sending proof of our situation, they still would not allow a change of date. So thus I lost more than $1500 in bookings. Not happy!
