Great Location and Villa!

The pool villas with sea view were awesome, totally relaxing and offered lots of space. Staff were friendly. Upon airport pick up, the driver had a name placard with our name wrong spelled, not a big deal, but the little things matter. It was the same upon checkin, rather irritating.
Breakfast was always good, but the same staff that would serve you every morning, would still ask yo what room number was yours, so that little bit of personal touch was missing, along with not knowing your name. There aren't hundreds of visitors, so really there wasn't an excuse.
Taxis in surrounding areas were 350bht, far more expensive than mainland Thailand.
But, all in all, we would return again, as it is a wonderful location.

Disappointing Hotel
