Overpriced thrash hotel

1. Charge fees. The administration refused to refund us money for paid nights after we had a look at our apartments and decided that we don’t want to stay at this hotel. For $250 per night, we were offered a room that was 15 min to walk from sea and remote from all facilities and to my request for a closer one we were charged additional 700 baht per night.
2. Bad condition of apartments( walls totally were not looking like 5 stars hotel, all facilities not new)
3. Service. Had a constant feeling of being overpriced. Were waiting for 40 min before check-in (from 2 pm to 2.40 pm ) because the room was unprepared.
4. Food in the restaurant. Not tasty, overpriced, over dried meat, well-done steaks instead of requested medium rare, peanut instead of ceachju in salads.
5. It’s Ocean Pool ( located in the sea ) is made of plastic. No ladders are there so several people were stuck and in the water and I had to help then get out. People also hurt themselfs on the very sharp pool elements.
