Just not 5 star

The restaurant is poor - evening meals take a long time to arrive and the food is very disappointing. The hollandaise sauce at breakfast was literally congealed.... the bread was also stale. The bed was rock hard. We had to ask for extra bedding to soften it! The front desk were very helpful, but the rest of the staff struggled with basic requests.

Amazing resort
I love this place, but it’s not a 5* stat coz of the room’s. Very simple but nice. We was super happy but l travel all over the world on 5* and this is a 4-4*+

Great stay, great staff. food and drinks were fantastic, but a little pricey. That said, you are in a 5 start resort so somewhat expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay
Huge hotel, friendly staff, good food, lots of facilities. Nice swimming pools and the ocean pool is also pretty cool.

ที่พักอากาศดีมากค่ะคุณยาย คุณป้าชอบมากบรรยากาศร่มรื่นพนักงานบริการดีเป็นกันเอง ถ้ามาเป็นครอบครัวไม่ว่าจะเป็นเด็กเล็กเด็กโตทางโรงแรมมีพื้นที่กิจกรรมเยอะมากคุ้มมากจริงๆ ไว้จะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ ^^
