Nice hotel on a great location,
it was a stop over at koh samui before i returned to my home country from my 4-day diving trip to koh tao. booked this hotel online and got a very good discount, inclusive of breakfast and airport transport. as a result, didn't expect too much of this hotel. but it turned out to be quite nice with great services. first of all, the room was spacious, clean and comfy. both the bed and pillow were good and comfy. because it was a deluxe suite, it came with a huge balcony overlooking the sea which was an excellent place to hang-out and have a drink to relax. there were three things that i didn't like about the room : firstly, the washing basin is in the room itself rather than in the bathroom; secondly the room did not have enough lighting which made reading quite difficult; and lastly, the water output from the shower was not strong enough and was inconsistent. the service was great. i got stung by jelly fish during my diving trip. the receptionist was so helpful to provide me with some ointment, to help alleviating the allergic reaction. the staff at the restaurant were also very nice and helpful. breakfast was served to order. i ordered american breakfast and it was really good ! this hotel was ideal for sole travellers or couples. however, if i were to come with my husband and my daughter, i would not stay in this hotel, for the reason that the swimming pool was very tiny, with less than satisfactory filtering system (cos i saw quite some debris and oil stain in the water).
