A desaster: dirty, unsecure, expensive

Dirty bungalow / rarely used: many lizzards inhouse, ants plague, animal pooh everywhere - not suitable for young childs
Big gap at front door: insects, lizzards etc could come inside easily, not secure
Expensive restaurant
Expensive laundry
Old sanitary facilities
Stray dogs around house and area, got feed from staff...
No safe
Pool 150m far from bungalow
Construction work beside pool, noise all day
