shouldnt be rated 5 star

Although hotel staff are friendly, the garden facing room I stayed in sans pool looked a little back dated in terms of design. More like old three to four star rating. The common areas like the reception and restaurants look great and recently refurbished. Can't say the same for the basic rooms they have. Overall ok experience but I suggest staying elsewhere If you plan to head to khao lak for the same price
