Standard room is just average

Hotel is walking distance to the Nong Prachak lake but far from the central plaza about 35-40 min walk. Building is very clean, room is very simple. Towel was older, also only large towel no small ones for face. My room had no balcony and had a smaller window facing to some roofs. I felt the slightly higher room rate is not really justified

Very good hotel but a little far from shops.
Value for money is outstanding. Room is sparkling clean, bright and well set up. Everything is good including very friendly owners. Really like this place.
