The room was nice and the team were helpful. There is a few things which needs improving or better explanation. There was no safe in the room as per description, the free shuttle only runs twice a day - 10am and 12pm. There was a couple of issues with the room but the team were able to rectify these for us (shower was broken, fan didn’t work and the floor by the bed was filthy). The only main thing that bothered us was breakfast; the hot food wasn’t hot (the team waited until the first guests arrived at breakfast to warm up the pre-cooked food and switch the coffee machine on), the food wasn’t labelled up so being vegetarians, it was not easy to find food that was meatless (only ‘hot’ food that was meatless was pancakes, waffles and steamed rice). The cleaning team gave us fresh towels every day (shaped nicely on the made up Bed) and topped up the mini bar. We liked the first-floor poolside location as we had the perfect view for sunset everyday and could enjoy a cup of tea in the morning too. The pool was a comfortable temperature (free pool towels at reception) and felt super relaxing (bar only served bottled beer - no cocktails as on barlist). Having the welcome fruit was a really nice touch. Thank You for a pleasant stay!

Lovely hotel, not really a ‘resort’.

Do not go there super expensive and awful
