Unacceptable approach to the client

I want to underline that this hotel has a four stars. First day we reported that the neither od the two tv doesn’t work, the lights by swimming pool are switch off permanently. Nothing was changing during all stay. Besides the breakfast portions was very small, even the picture and the description at the Menu was different. For example: the sausages at the picture was 4 times longer than we got. I have received 2 in spite of 3 toast like the menu. Moreover the waitress gave us a bill after the breakfast and ordered from us 100 BHT. I paid. And the last day we didn’t received our breakfast. The breakfast starts from 7 to 10 am it is the information we gave at the reception. We were In time but the cheff came when we had to leave the hotel (it was 7:20 am). We didn’t received anything to eat. So we hungry In the way to another Island !

Great value
This hotel offers great value for what they charge you. You cant go wrong with this one. Its also within a walking distance to the seashore.

Quiet Low Season Stay

Not very close to the beach, nice room and garden
Not very close to the beach (other side of main street. Breakfast is at other location. Room and garden are nice. Friendly people, easy and fast check-in/out.

胡兰达酒店和兰达馆度假村是同一个老板，胡兰达酒店就是在一片荒林中修建的4栋小别墅而已，用餐办理入住什么的酒店服务全部在兰达馆度假村，大概有5－8分钟的车程。酒店免费提供有摩托供客人在两个酒店穿梭，在胡兰达基本就只能睡觉而已了，什么也没有。本来订的四晚，只住了一晚就要求换过兰达馆度假村去了，那一晚停电3次，自来水连续使用不能超过5分钟就停止了，断电或者断水后立即听见隔壁邻居男主人的摩托轰鸣声，可能骑... อ่านต่อ

位置有点偏僻
晚上路面很黑，找吃有点难，要打车去，因为附近只有两三家环境一般的食市，酒店环境不错，外面的花园很大，很清净，去沙滩不方便，但能听到海浪声，如果会开摩托车的住这里是不错的选择
