Incredibly disappointing!!!
Our stay was super frustrating! We showed up only to realize their is no main reception on site. You have to travel a 5 min drive to their sister hotel. Not a huge deal since our stay included a scooter. As much as the bungalow was beautifully done, they are not ready for business. There are only 4 units, and the power went out repeatedly. Since their are not staff on site we had to drive down to tell the other hotel 2 times late at night. The hotel as also infested with ants. Also a number of times absolutely no water pressure. We complained at the sister hotel, and the staff memeber we talked to could have cared less. He only stated further problems they are having, rather than offering any solutions. very unprofessional. We are living in Asia doing volunteer work and we had hoped our one night stay in Koh Lanta would be a romantic night away...we were highly disappointed as it was the complete opposite. We have travelled the world and this is the first time we have submitted a review at all as we have been pleased in countless of other days. Would absolutely not recommend!
