My 3 rd stay in this hotel under OYO Rooms Group

I made my decision to stay here again because its location. 2 convenient stores and shops close by. Easy to find something to eat. Good WIFI. But this time I did not get a room on my request which is on 3rd floor even I've asked for before.my arrival. The ourltside view is a neighborhood's window so I've got to close the curtain all the time. The clealiness need to be improved as there's some soap and shampoo left over from the old guest in the bathroom when I checked in.
