Friendly staff

The hotel is in a quiet residential location in an alley, and was hard to find at first, but the orange signs helped. Took about 15-20 minutes walk to get to the nightlife area.
The staff were very helpful in organising local tours, taxi, tuk tuk. The hotel provides towels, umbrellas that you can use outside the hotel, like when you go on a island tour or to the beach.
The shower had built in body and hair gel dispenser, but there was no hand soap or dispenser provided in the sink.
The view outside wasn't great, was overlooking old residences. The breakfast range was simple.
The lobby toilet needs a good clean.
