not a worthy stay.

On our first day we already told the staff that water heater not working. Hairdryer is not working. The respond from the staff was they will repair it before we got back to.our hotel during our day trip out. But till the last day. There is no water heater. Coming back hotel drenched with rain and no hot water. I end up with a cold. Even to ask for the bath gel to be topped up we must ask the housekeeping alot of time in a day. They could just ignore, bypass amd forget all our feedback re the water heater and all but they cant never forget to claim 200baht for the bike rented. We are already on our way to airport and they can still call us to get their 200baht. Calculative much. Miney orientated but never service orientated. And check your bill carefully if they charge you upon check out. They almost charge us an extra day of room usage plus 8kg of laundry that we never sent them. Lousy. Otherwise,stay was ok. Suits the price.
