The staff was great and always very helpful and treated you like family. The location is perfect because it's in a quieter area but you are still close to all the main attractions. Definitely recommend this hotel! I will definitely stay again at the Patong Mansion. Nothing was too much trouble for Pierre-Luke and Nook and staff. Friendly, clean, quiet, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Everything is good in this hotel. The best we've stayed in during our stay in Thailand. And one of the cheapest. very good hotel
