mostly very good

This is a nice place and the room was good. They only give you one key card and you need it for the lights in the room and for the front entrance. Every time I went out to the car, leaving the family upstairs I had to wait for the guard to let me in again. I asked for a second key but was told no problem the guard can let you in. Its a minor point, but it was a bit annoying, just give a second key card - or even easier don't have the front door permanently locked, I have never seen this anywhere else!
