very nice

good location, in the old town, near the sunday market, about 10 min walking distance from the GH to the Tha PHAE gate （the east gate of the old town), also the same distance to the Chiang man gate (the south gate of the old town). the breakfast is well. NO Lift, it is unconvenient for those who are taking big baggage ,or with kids.

Do not go here - just don't.
It's seemingly closed by the police for not having a permit/licence. Although they took our booking and let us into our room. Coffee shop below was closed and we had to let ourselves in with security ... อ่านต่อ

Staff are excellent and very accommodating. Stay was very easy. Room a little dated busy otherwise comfortable.
