This is a 5-star resort with potential but there are some issues that need solving. These include the provision of a very expensive spa-service that did not deliver what it said on the label despite prices that are extortionate (above any other local hotel and major leading spas on a global level). The front desk staff speak very poor English and they will only require with their own agent for day trips - on two occasions they had to be pushed to liaise with other companies for diving and snorkelling - both were available when pushed despite reception getting back to us saying that there was no availability; front desk needs to realise that the guest is not looking for a specific provider but rather a specific activity. The location, ambience and food is perfect for relaxation though it is important to realise that you will mainly be at the hotel all days due to the secluded location. The Thai restaurant and breakfast are excellent; the international restaurant is a bit of a disappointment for the international part,
