Nice hotel, good service from reception

Stayed at Faikid for 5 nights during New Year holiday. Hotel looks nice from outside and the staff in reception very nice. Had to change our room (4th. floor) after the first night, due to an annoying sound coming from the floor above. Room very spacious, but no outlets at the bedside. In the two rooms we stayed in, the aircon was much to noisy. The waterhose in the bathroom was leaking, which meant that there was no waterpressure at all - told the reception, but it was not fixed during our stay! Breakfast included was a joke! No real coffee, no milk, no juice, no cereals, no yoghurt - mostly thai dishes and toast - the hotel could easily get a higher score by adjusting the breakfast. NB. Be aware that the hotel has no lift!! + ask for a room facing the backside - if it's windy you'll have noise from the wind while trying to sleep!

Nice enough hotel, but...

Comfortable

Pleasant and good service
The hotel staff were very helpful and the service was very good. The delux room was basic but comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was all thai which gave no option if you are European so if your ok ... อ่านต่อ

Great value with buffet breakfast
Clean rooms.. Comfortable bed.. Quick check in.. Tasty buffet breakfast mostly Thai food.. Close to other food places and 7/11.. Good air conditioning.. Low water pressure on level 4
