Improvement in process, will be one of the best hotel for sure

The advantages are - service from the staff (everyone indeed) - locations (superb view from the balcony and seashore) - privacy - many activities to do (cycling, kayaking, boxing, cooking, spa etc.) - good night sleep (soft bed, quiet)
Something needed to improve - cleanliness (in some spots) - old facilities (ex. Elevator, some decorations) - car parking lots (outdoor with sun exposed)
Consider it as one of yhe best hotels in andaman coast Will come back for sure !!!

Great place for escape the city
Very nice room, great beach. But food have to be improved. Other than that it's worth money!

Dissapointment
I live in Thailand and know what 5 star hotels should cost and offer. This hotel falls very short of 5 stars.

The room was the best part.
The staff need to be better in English and the driver too. They didn't understand much. But the room was very clean and big
