Great place to relax but staff need a lot more training

Great place to relax, lovely pool and facilities. Service though was extremely bad when we asked for drinks and food by the pool. It took them an hour and one of us had to be present for the bartender to make our drinks. Don't they understand English or were they just ignoring us?

Great place for escape the city
Very nice room, great beach. But food have to be improved. Other than that it's worth money!

Dissapointment
I live in Thailand and know what 5 star hotels should cost and offer. This hotel falls very short of 5 stars.

The room was the best part.
The staff need to be better in English and the driver too. They didn't understand much. But the room was very clean and big
