Will Book Again.
I had to give a '3' for food quality because we really didn't eat there, apart from breakfast - since we were visiting family only 2km away, we ate with them.
The room was far bigger than expected, with 2 double beds, and bigger than in any similar type of hotel. Bed was slightly hard for my wife but, for me, it was fine - I can sleep almost anywhere.
Both my wife and I loved the plants & trees onsite. They made for a nice, shady environment during the heat of the day.
The hotel is well-situated for access to the city centre (maybe 8 km) & shopping on the ring road. having stayed in hotels in the centre of UR in the past, I'd choose Bansuan Khunta over them any time.
Only one real gripe - the hotel is apparently very popular for meetings & seminars. as a result, we found it difficult to park the car at times. This didn't detract from the pleasant stay but was just a very minor inconvenience.
Oh, our local family's two young boys loved the swimming pool.
Since it's so close to our family, we'll be booking again. But even without that closeness, I think this would be our hotel of choice when visiting UR.
