Nice hotel near the lake and walking street

I stayed at The Lake Udon for one night on a layer over. The hotel is new, very clean and a great price. It’s walking distance to a few restaurants. Will probably need a tuk tuk to drive you to a 7-11 or walking street. Udon Thani walking street on the weekends was a huge surprise, lots of wonderful food, drinks and entertainment. If you don’t mind being away from the normal night life, you will enjoy your stay at this local Thai hotel.

Udon Lake Hotel.
Well situated, walking distance from the river and Farmer's Market. Good sized rooms, very comfortable beds, and pillows so soft, they even sell them retail to customers ! No breakfast laid on.

Good Choice Near Nong Prajak Park
The room is pretty spacious, clean and comfortable, with new fixtures and furnishings. The only downside is some street noise. The staff are friendly and hospitable.
