1. It’s very slow process in checking in. 2. No help for luggage to the room but it’s still fine as some hotels didn’t offer this kind of service. But, the staff very badly looked at us and seemed to ask why we walked so slow. 3. Electricity in the room shut down itself twice. When I asked the technician if this has ever happened, he answered ‘yes’ but he did nothing because when it happened, he could come to solve immediately time by time. What???? 4. Finally, we had to change a room because they could not fix electricity problem. No help from staff in moving things or even provided us torch or lights. We needed to move our belongings with our iphone torch. This was very poor service mind from staff. 5. No even ‘sorry’ from those staff. We will never revisit this hotel and definitely post on my social media on this poor service so my friends perceive on this and not spend high money for poor management from this hotel.
